We are seeking a commercially minded Credit Analyst to support data-driven credit assessment and lending decisions across digital financial services. The successful professional will evaluate borrower information, analyse financial behaviour, monitor credit exposure, and contribute to the development of efficient technology-enabled credit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse credit applications and borrower financial information.
• Assess creditworthiness using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Review transaction behaviour, repayment patterns, and financial indicators.
• Prepare detailed credit assessments and recommendations.
• Monitor existing credit exposures and identify emerging risks.
• Support the development and refinement of credit assessment criteria.
• Collaborate with product, risk, data, finance, and operations teams.
• Analyse portfolio performance and identify trends in credit behaviour.
• Contribute to automated and data-driven lending processes.
• Prepare periodic credit-performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in credit analysis, lending, banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Strong financial analysis and numerical reasoning skills.
• Understanding of credit-risk principles and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional judgement.
• Strong ability to interpret financial and behavioural data.
