Position Overview
An opportunity is available for an analytical Analyst to support business and office operations through structured data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process monitoring. This role is particularly suitable for a professional who enjoys working with information, identifying operational trends, and translating data into practical recommendations.

The Analyst will collaborate with administrative, finance, operations, technology, and management teams to improve visibility into business activities. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze operational and administrative information.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and management summaries.
• Monitor operational performance indicators and identify significant trends.
• Analyze office-related expenditure, procurement information, and administrative costs.
• Assist management in evaluating operational efficiency and resource utilization.
• Maintain structured datasets and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Identify inconsistencies, data-quality issues, and process gaps.
• Support forecasting, planning, budgeting, and operational review activities.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather business information.
• Develop clear presentations and analytical materials for internal meetings.
• Recommend improvements based on quantitative and qualitative findings.
• Document analytical processes, reporting methodologies, and recurring procedures.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives involving reporting and workflow automation.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, numerical reasoning, and proficiency with spreadsheets and business reporting tools. Experience with Excel, data visualization, databases, business intelligence platforms, or similar technologies would be valuable.
