Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded Strategy Manager to support the development and execution of long-term organizational strategy. The successful candidate will analyze market conditions, business performance, customer trends, competitive activity, and internal capabilities to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, the Strategy Manager will translate complex business information into practical recommendations. The position will also support strategic planning, market-entry assessments, performance reviews, and major organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support annual and long-term corporate planning processes.
• Evaluate new markets, products, services, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial, operational, customer, and market-performance data.
• Conduct competitive and industry research.
• Develop business cases, financial scenarios, and strategic models.
• Establish strategic KPIs and monitor progress against organizational objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
• Identify operational and commercial opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Assess strategic risks and develop appropriate mitigation options.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and decision papers.
• Facilitate strategic workshops with senior stakeholders and department leaders.
• Track major industry and technology developments that could affect the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, finance, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
• Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex information and develop clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
