Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Training & Development Manager to design, coordinate, and manage professional learning and employee development programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing learning strategies, coordinating educational activities, and supporting the continuous improvement of workforce capabilities.

This role requires a professional with strong communication and leadership skills who understands how effective training can improve employee performance, engagement, productivity, and long-term organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee training and professional development strategies.
• Identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate learning programmes.
• Coordinate internal and external training activities.
• Design workshops, learning materials, and development programmes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with managers to identify workforce development priorities.
• Support employee career development and professional growth initiatives.
• Maintain records relating to training participation and development activities.
• Research modern learning technologies and professional development practices.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and workforce development performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in corporate training, learning and development, HR, or education.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design structured and engaging learning programmes.
• Strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms is advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in English is required; Estonian language skills are beneficial.
