An opportunity is available for a highly experienced Architect to design and develop sophisticated digital communications and broadcasting infrastructure supporting modern media and connectivity services. The position combines telecommunications engineering, network architecture, cloud technologies, digital broadcasting, media delivery, and infrastructure resilience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical architectures capable of supporting reliable, scalable, and high-performance communications and media-delivery environments. The role will involve assessing existing infrastructure, designing future-state architectures, defining technical standards, and coordinating implementation with engineering and operations teams.

The Architect will collaborate with network engineers, software developers, cybersecurity professionals, media specialists, cloud engineers, equipment vendors, and senior technology stakeholders. Strong knowledge of modern communications architecture and the ability to translate business requirements into technically robust solutions will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design architectures for telecommunications and digital broadcasting environments.
• Develop scalable network and media-distribution solutions.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure and identify modernization opportunities.
• Define technical standards, architecture principles, and system requirements.
• Support integration of cloud-based media and communications platforms.
• Design resilient systems capable of supporting high availability.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to incorporate appropriate security controls.
• Evaluate network capacity, performance, and infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate architecture decisions across engineering and technology teams.
• Assess emerging communications, broadcasting, and media-delivery technologies.
• Produce technical architecture documents, diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership throughout major infrastructure projects.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in telecommunications, broadcasting, network architecture, or digital infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, cloud infrastructure, media delivery, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of high-availability and resilient infrastructure design.
• Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Strong ability to lead complex technology architecture initiatives.
