About the Role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Designer to shape intuitive digital experiences for modern financial products and technology platforms.

The successful candidate will combine visual design, user experience principles, research, and product thinking to create interfaces that are clear, accessible, efficient, and commercially effective.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, analysts, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that user needs remain central to the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for digital financial products and platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout development.
• Maintain consistency across digital products and customer journeys.
• Identify usability problems and develop practical design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and product discovery sessions.
• Develop reusable design components and contribute to design systems.
• Analyze user feedback and product data to improve digital experiences.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and suitable for multiple digital environments.

Requirements

• Degree or professional training in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing digital products or applications.
• Strong knowledge of Figma or comparable design tools.
• Understanding of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Strong visual and analytical judgment.
• Ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
• Experience designing fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, or other complex digital products is advantageous.
