ABOUT THE JOB

Every app in our portfolio needs to monetize smart and keep users around longer.

You’ll join a lean, horizontal team building our internal revenue optimization platform: the system behind how we test, personalize, and improve monetization across every app we run.

We don’t treat QA as a stage at the end of a sprint – it’s part of how we build from day one, and the person in this seat helps decide what “good” looks like before a bug ever reaches a real user.

We’re not looking for someone who just runs test cases. We want someone who thinks like an engineer, asks sharp questions, and takes real ownership of quality across everything the platform touches.

• Owning quality across our platform’s mobile and web surfaces

• Designing and running test scenarios that reflect real usage across our app portfolio

• Performing regression, smoke, and exploratory testing

• Validating APIs and integrations to ensure smooth end-to-end flows

• Identifying edge cases, documenting issues clearly, and following them through

• Improving testing practices as the platform and team scale

• Collaborating closely across teams – QA here is part of the build process, not an afterthought

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on mobile testing

• At least 2 years of hands-on web testing experience

• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar

• Experience testing data-heavy, feature-rich, or platform-style products

• A sharp eye for detail, paired with strong prioritization skills

• An ownership mindset

• You ask great questions, raise flags early, and love clear communication

• Hands-on experience testing SDKs or native integrations

• Experience with A/B testing or experimentation platforms

• Enjoy ownership without heavy process or bureaucracy

• Like working closely with teams but also value focused, independent work

• Can zoom out to see the big picture, then zoom in on the one detail that actually matters
