ABOUT THE JOB
Are you passionate about building products that customers love and businesses rely on? As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of our Cards Issuing products by defining the product vision, driving strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. You’ll combine customer insights, market trends, and data-driven decision-making to create seamless card experiences and drive measurable business results.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and long-term development of Cards Issuing products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Lead product discovery and prioritization, making data-driven decisions that maximize customer value and business impact.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, from concept through implementation and continuous optimization.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market developments to identify growth, innovation, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Operations, Customer Service, AML, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic product outcomes.
- Act as the key decision maker for product priorities, balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives.
- Oversee major product changes, system upgrades, and complex issue resolution, ensuring successful implementation and sustainable solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement of products, processes, and customer journeys across the Cards ecosystem.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements, risk standards, and internal governance frameworks.
- Serve as the Cards product subject matter expert, providing guidance, mentoring, and product leadership across the organization.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar role in banking, payments, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Cards products and related business processes.
- Experience defining, analyzing, and documenting business and product requirements.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and drive product initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences.
- Good understanding of IT systems and Agile delivery practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized approach to work.
- Ability to quickly learn new products, processes, and technologies.
- Knowledge of the Baltic banking market is an advantage.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
