About the role

We are looking for a bold and driven General Manager to lead our delivery business in the home market Estonia – a fast-paced, high-potential market where we already hold significant market share. The question is no longer “how do we enter or scale?” – it’s “how do we win from here?”

This is a unique opportunity to lead one of our most strategically important markets, backed by strong central and regional support. You’ll shape the long-term vision, build and coach high-performing teams, and focus relentlessly on execution. You should feel very comfortable with both zooming in and zooming out.

We’re looking for someone who can own the P&L, think in cohorts and levers to build hard value proposition, and bring sharp commercial instinct to everything from positioning to growth strategy. You’ll need to be just as comfortable deep in the data as you are coaching a team or aligning with central stakeholders.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead and further scale  Food in Estonia, across commercial, operational, and strategic dimensions.
  • Own the P&L line by line – driving revenue, improving margins, and ensuring strong unit economics.
  • Define the growth path from 50%+ market share through clear user segmentation, merchant prioritization, and differentiated value proposition.
  • Build and develop top-performing teams across Strategy and Operations, Sales, Account Management, Courier Operations, and Stores.
  • Define sharp OKRs, align cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery against priorities.
  • Use AI & data tools (Mixpanel, Looker, Google Sheets) to identify key levers, track performance, and iterate fast.
  • Collaborate across the central and regional matrix to unlock support, challenge assumptions, and drive impact.

About you

  • Ideally, you have 4+ years of experience in general management, revenue development, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • You’re a strong commercial operator with deep business instincts and a bias for action.
  • You’re analytical and data-driven – comfortable working with AI, dashboards, building spreadsheets, and spotting trends others miss.
  • You’re a people leader – capable of hiring, coaching, and inspiring teams to raise the bar.
  • You bring strong stakeholder management skills, and you’re experienced working in a matrix structure, influencing across regional functions and levels without direct authority.
  • You’re hands-on, structured, and thrive in fast-changing environments.
  • You speak fluent Estonian and English and communicate clearly with both local teams and global stakeholders.
  • Above all: you’re highly driven, humble, and deeply accountable for outcomes.
