About the role

As a Growth Strategy Analyst, you will serve as a vital bridge between Growth Analysts, the Product Incentives team, and cross-functional stakeholders, balancing standardisation with leveraging local opportunities. Your responsibilities will involve synthesising insights to inform global playbook development while remaining adaptable to local market needs.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive collaboration between Growth Analytics, Product Incentives, and Country teams to identify and scale opportunities for improving global campaign playbooks, processes, and tooling.
  • Lead research, audits, and data analysis to uncover insights on customer lifetime value, user experience, and operational efficiency, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Own the assessment, prioritization, and generalization of data-driven opportunities, ensuring measurable business impact across markets.
  • Partner with Product teams to define roadmaps, evaluate business opportunities, design solutions, estimate effort, and prioritize initiatives based on impact.opportunities, ideate on solution design, estimate effort, and prioritize backlog based on impact.
  • Own the global experimentation roadmap, consolidating learnings into scalable playbooks and best practices to maximize Growth Analytics effectiveness.
  • Define and manage key KPIs, dashboards, segmentation frameworks, reporting, and tooling, while leading the rollout and adoption of new capabilities across markets.

 

About you:

  • Strong quantitative background with a degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation, including hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, including SQL and Excel proficiency, with experience using Python or R for deeper analytical work.
  • Experience with BI and data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to build reporting and support decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, change management, and process improvement skills, with fluency in English.
