About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to be the driving force behind the success of our restaurant partners for the new Food service. You will be their dedicated point of contact, helping them maximize their business volume and revenue on the new platform.
As an Account Manager for our Food’s DineOut service, you’ll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how restaurants manage their yield and attract new diners. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all activated restaurant partners, ensuring their success from launch through sustained growth.Your core mission will be to drive business volume and revenue within the new product, cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our restaurant partners. You’ll be instrumental in guiding them through the new platform, ensuring a seamless experience that maximizes their visibility and customer acquisition.This dynamic role demands exceptional communication and strategic negotiation skills to navigate diverse merchant needs and market changes. Your ability to adapt swiftly to evolving commercial landscapes and efficiently manage multiple accounts will be crucial in empowering our merchants to thrive within this exciting new product.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Achieve growth by building strong business relationships with a portfolio of restaurant partners in the designated area, contributing to the country’s targets.
- Manage, organize, and negotiate DineOut campaigns to increase business volume and revenue.
- Analyze key performance metrics to gain insights and drive customer performance improvements.
- Forecast growth and evaluate the achievement of business goals, including re-negotiating contract conditions such as commission rates and campaign plans.
- Work cross-functionally with Campaigns, Merchant Operations, Customer Service, and Courier Operations to drive business growth.
- Engage in ongoing commercial conversations with restaurant partners via phone, email, Zoom, and in-person meetings to monitor and support their business objectives.
About you
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Consulting, or a similar commercial role.
- You are an analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data, prioritize business impact, and translate insights into clear decisions and recommendations.
- You have a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with business partners, with excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- You have a commercial mindset and a never-settle attitude — consistently achieving revenue targets and driving client success through proactive ownership and problem-solving.
- You are an outstanding organiser, capable of managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
- You are fluent in Estonian, Russian, and English (native or business level).
