About the role
As an Account Manager for our Food’s DineOut service, you’ll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how restaurants manage their yield and attract new diners. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all activated restaurant partners, ensuring their success from launch through sustained growth. Your core mission will be to drive business volume and revenue within the new product, cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our restaurant partners. You’ll be instrumental in guiding them through the new platform, ensuring a seamless experience that maximizes their visibility and customer acquisition. This dynamic role demands exceptional communication and strategic negotiation skills to navigate diverse merchant needs and market changes. Your ability to adapt swiftly to evolving commercial landscapes and efficiently manage multiple accounts will be crucial in empowering our merchants to thrive within this exciting new product.
