About the role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the demand-generation, lifecycle, and self-serve adoption funnel for Merchant Ads. Reporting to the Head of Ads & Monetisation, you will set the marketing automation strategy, design merchant incentives, and shape the portal and content that help merchants activate and grow their ad spend with Bolt.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial, product, and data. You will work closely with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and local market teams to turn merchant insight into campaigns, lifecycle triggers, and product improvements. It has a direct impact on Bolt’s P&L, and offers a rare opportunity to build the growth marketing function for one of Europe’s most ambitious monetisation businesses.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Design and run multi-channel demand-generation programmes across SEM, paid social, email, and content that drive merchants to adopt Bolt’s ad products.

  • Build data-driven marketing automation and CRM lifecycle journeys across the full merchant journey, from sign-up to repeat ad spend, with measurable conversion and retention gains.

  • Own the self-serve marketing funnel that converts merchants into active advertisers, including merchant portal features and incentive programmes.

  • Lead Bolt’s advertising website and organic content strategy, and develop merchant success stories, case studies, and PR and LinkedIn initiatives that build trust in Bolt Ads.

  • Equip Account Management and Sales with pitch narratives and marketing materials that drive consistent merchant conversion across 16 markets.

  • Define funnel KPIs, manage the marketing budget, and turn performance data into clear investment decisions for senior stakeholders.

About you:

  • You have proven experience in Growth, Lifecycle, SMB, or B2B Marketing, with a track record of building demand-generation programmes that scaled measurable revenue.

  • You have experience partnering with product and data teams to develop customer-facing features and reporting solutions for B2B services.

  • You have hands-on experience building and operating marketing automation and CRM journeys that drove activation, retention, or repeat purchase, with strong fluency in modern tooling such as Braze or Salesforce.

  • You are commercially and analytically strong: comfortable with funnel metrics, conversion analysis, A/B testing, and translating data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders; hands-on with SQL, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms; Looker experience is a plus.

  • You have a proven ability to align with Sales or Account Management teams, building enablement materials and pipeline systems they actually use.

  • You are a clear, compelling communicator: able to write copy, decks, case studies, and narratives that translate complex ad products into simple value for merchants and internal partners; experience in AdTech, retail media, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms is highly preferred, and exposure to multi-market campaigns across Europe or CEE is a plus.
