About the role

The Global Brand Partnerships Associate will help scale Bolt Food’s branded and paid media solutions, enabling FMCG and non-endemic partners to reach our customers through creative, high-impact campaigns. In this role, you’ll identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that support business growth and elevate  Food’s brand presence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute campaigns, manage partner relationships, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. This position is ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with creative thinking, enjoys building lasting relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Identify and Develop Partnerships: Research market trends and customer needs to support the existing pipeline of high-impact, strategic partnership opportunities.
Manage Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary contact to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
Lead Negotiations and Agreements: Drive partnership negotiations, coordinate with legal and finance and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Track and Optimize Performance: Establish KPIs, monitor partnership success and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomes and maximise value.

About you:

You have 2+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sales, monetization, performance marketing, or a similar business development role, with a proven ability to drive commercial growth.
You have a strong track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business impact.
You excel at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders through outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
You make data-driven, metric-focused decisions and use performance insights to optimize partnership outcomes and campaign effectiveness.
You have a strong visual sensibility with hands-on experience briefing, creating, and adapting digital advertising and in-product creatives, including producing mockups in Figma or similar tools.
You collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, implement campaign assets across multiple channels and placements, and communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English.
