What you’ll work on:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your account(s). Use data to identify trends, optimize program adoption, and present high-impact ROI reports to clients.
  • Drive account retention and identify expansion opportunities. Partner with sales and leadership to execute strategies that align with client goals.
  • Oversee the delivery of the Addition Wealth roadmap for your clients, ensuring that the dedicated Ops team and Product team are aligned with the client’s strategic priorities.
  • Act as the “voice of the client” for the product team. Influence the roadmap by synthesizing client feedback into strategic requirements.
  • Partner with the Ops team to refine the “Addition Playbook,” ensuring our approach to enterprise management is scalable, professional, and best-in-class.
