You Will

  • Own and maintain relationships across a portfolio of 175+ strategic food and beverage sellers, driving account expansion, retention, and satisfaction
  • Understand Food and Beverage customer needs to help achieve their business goals through Square
  • Cross sell and upsell products based on discovering customer needs
  • Effectively and strategically address customer concerns and issues
  • Help grow our managed accounts program through contracts and renewals
  • Conduct business reviews as needed to assess all aspects of the partnership
  • Work with our Sales, Support and Product teams to ensure customers have the best possible experience across all aspects of Square
