You’ll own the operational performance  smart charging and flexibility platform across thousands of EVs and multiple European markets.

The work • Track and report on platform performance across the full fleet. • Set the KPI framework that tells us whether we’re winning. • Run release QA on fleet operations after every major feature ship. • Build and maintain dashboards. • Surface fleet-level patterns that turn into product improvements.

What we need • SQL and confidence with operational data. • Grafana, Kibana, Tableau, or similar dashboarding experience would be nice. • Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to ship Python and SQL. • A strong sense of ownership. You set your own priorities and bring findings forward without being asked.

Bonus: background in energy, utilities, EV, or mobility.
