Responsibilities and Duties:

Deliver customer projects on schedule and with high customer satisfaction and quality, while ensuring the defined budget and work effort objectives are met. Project manager achieves these goals by:

In the project sales phase

 

  • Planning the project so that it can be delivered to meet the defined objectives
  • Co-operating with Solution Architect to ensure that the delivered solution has been defined so that relevant details of delivery, as well as effort estimation, have been properly addressed
  • Co-operating with Sales to ensure that project budget is sufficient to enable needed level of resourcing
  • Co-operating with Manager/Director, Services in relevant region, to indicate the needed resourcing for the project, and to ensure such resource will be available
  • Co-operating with Subcontracting Manager, to ensure the needed subcontracted deliveries can be acquired
