About the Role:

• As a Senior Systems Process Engineer you will be leading the creation, development, streamlining, and or eliminating Systems Engineering processes across the company to support an efficient, product-focused culture Daily Activities Include Finding pain points with existing processes and proposing solutions Proactively working with the Software & IT department to brainstorms solutions and to help set priorities Prototype, implement, and rollout processes, tools, and automation that enable better design and test collaboration across the company

About You:

• BS in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience
• Successful development and roll-out of department or company-wide processes
• Proven ability to work with intern IT and Dev Ops teams to create tools
• At least 1 full life cycle experience, from concept to completion, for either process development or tool development
