To achieve this, we connect modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly heat pumps across Germany with our HeatFleet and the Vamo App for end customers. To make these processes efficient and scalable, the HeatOS team focuses on digitally mapping and automating all internal business processes – from lead management and sales to planning, operations, and installation.To further accelerate our growth, we are looking for you as a Senior Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d)in the HeatOS team to optimize the Salesforce platform and collaboratively implement tailored solutions with the team, thus taking our processes and user experience to the next level.Taks

• Development and maintenance of complex Salesforce flows, automations, and process solutions to map business requirements within Salesforce

• Adding and extending Salesforce integrations to the rest of the tool landscape, such as call centers or ERP systems

• Participation in sprint planning and refinement sessions in collaboration with the developers, administrators and the CTO

• Ensuring data quality and consistency, as well as performing data migrations

• Documenting changes and technical processes to ensure transparency and traceability

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and templates

• Training and supporting end users
