• Build and structure: You will be in charge of structuring the technical architecture from the outset.
• Execute pragmatically: You will need to build the product pragmatically, ensuring solid foundations.
• Balancing priorities: You will be responsible for balancing speed of execution and structural quality.
• Protecting the product: You will need to select technical priorities and reject requests that weaken the architecture.
• Collaborating: This role is highly strategic on the technical side, but the business vision remains with the founder.

Your Profile and Mindset

• You have a solid Full Stack mastery, ranging from structuring screens in React to managing APIs, databases and security.
• You enjoy using cutting-edge AI tools (like Claude Code)
• You have proven real experience with a B2B SaaS product in production, ideally in Fintech.
• You are capable of delivering a complete project autonomously, with the goal of having zero micro-management.
• You have a “clean but pragmatic” mentality, perfectly understanding where to accept technical debt and where never to do so.
• You possess a controlled ego that allows you to accept that the vision comes from the founder while challenging him constructively.
• You know how to demonstrate commitment by accepting the uncertainty inherent in the early stage and the assumed possibility of a complete refactor in two years.
