We’re looking for Senior FP&A Business Partner to join our Finance team in Dublin, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland.

In this role, you will…

• Be the financial conscience of the business — support the income statement, headcount, expenses, and cash flow planning processes that underpin how we manage and grow the company

• Work closely with senior leaders across the business to ensure financial performance is clearly understood, risks and opportunities are surfaced early, and every major decision is grounded in rigorous financial analysis

• Bring a modern mindset to how FP&A is done — leveraging AI tools to work faster and smarter

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual income statement reporting — covering revenue, gross margin, opex, and EBITDA

• Prepare and present variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods, with clear commentary for senior leadership

• Own headcount planning — partnering with HR and department heads to track, forecast, and model people costs

• Support the annual budgeting process for opex, ensuring plans are robust and aligned to company strategy

• Support cash flow forecasting, producing accurate short and medium-term models to support treasury and operational planning

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership — providing proactive insight, not just reporting

• Use AI tools like Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT to accelerate modelling, automate routine reporting, and improve financial commentary

This position is for you if you have…

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) and 5–8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role — ideally in SaaS or a subscription business

• Solid experience modelling income statements, headcount, expenses, and cash flow

• Strong financial modelling skills and confidence in Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience using AI tools in a finance context — for modelling, forecasting, reporting, or commentary

• The ability to present financial information clearly to different audiences

• A natural curiosity — you ask “why” and “what if” whether it’s a cost variance, a cash flow movement, or a new tool worth trying

• A hands-on approach to AI: you actively experiment and think critically about where it actually adds value in finance
