About the role
We are looking for a QA Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. This role combines hands-on testing with the opportunity to shape QA processes and, as the team grows, take ownership of building and leading a QA function.
You will work closely with product, development, and support teams to ensure that what we deliver meets both technical and user expectations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

What you’ll do:

Conduct manual testing of applications to identify bugs and ensure compliance with specifications

Prepare and maintain clear documentation of test cases and testing results

Develop and execute structured test plans covering functionality, usability, and security

Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and identify improvement opportunities

Track, prioritize, and report defects using appropriate tools

Validate fixes and perform regression testing to ensure stability of releases
-
Continuously improve testing approaches based on industry best practices

Contribute to establishing QA processes, standards, and workflows
-
As the team grows, support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of QA team members
-
Align closely with product management and customer support to improve overall product quality
What we expect from you:
-
2+ years of experience in QA or software testing
-
Experience with manual testing of web or mobile applications
-
Ability to create structured test cases and test plans
-
Experience working with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
-
Understanding of software development lifecycle and release processes
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases
-
Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes
-
Clear communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have:
-
Experience with test automation tools or frameworks
-
Basic understanding of APIs and ability to test them
-
Experience in iGaming or other high-performance digital products
-
Previous experience contributing to QA process setup or improvements
