How You Will Make an Impact:

• Own DevOps processes and tooling for customer-facing platforms
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation etc.
• Provide production support, lead incidents, and perform root cause analysis
• Mentor a junior DevOps engineer and collaborate with Cloud Platform and other stakeholders on standards and best practices

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with strong CI/CD, automation, and cloud operations skills
• Solid problem‑solving abilities in production environments and experience guiding or mentoring engineers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with comfort working in regulated, reliability‑focused environments
• AWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Terragrunt)
• IaaS practitioner
• Ability to work independently according to internal governance standards
• Critical thinking
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Nice to Have

• Experience with Amazon Connect
• Kubernetes and observability tooling experience
• Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms, Salesforce
