About the role

Your Role & TeamYou will be part of a full-remote customer support team supporting our riders with all kind of inquiries. The support channels we are working with are live SoMe, live chat, email support and voice.

You will be working remotely and it’s therefore not important where you are based. However, we will make sure that you part of the team despite the distance 🙂 You will be reporting to the Head of our Rider Support Team.

The working hours and days are set for these position:

Position 1: Monday, Friday and Saturday an 8-hour shift (Morning, Day or Evening shift)

Position 2: Monday, Friday and Sunday an 8 hour shift (Morning, Day or Evening shift)

There will be a 2 week onboarding (paid, of course) at the start of contract and will take place from Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Giving all our riders an excellent customer experience by the channels that we are available on.

  • Making sure that you are on top of our product/processes to provide the right information to all our riders.

  • Processing of different kind of rentals.

  • Updating our content, FAQ’s and other ad hoc tasks.

We expect you:

  • Available asap, but we’re happy to wait for the right candidate.

  • Speak fluently Dutch or French. Any other language is a big plus.

  • Can work at 24 hours per week.

  • Are empathetic and love to talk to people.

  • Are structured and process oriented.

  • Are a fast learner, and a skilled user of mobile and web tools.

  • No problem in working weekends/public holidays as we are open 365 days per year.
