You’ll work directly with the founders on an existing product. The scope is intentionally broad: frontend, backend, data and everything in between.

You’ll be building features end to end, making architectural decisions and setting the technical direction simply by doing the work well. There’s no separate “platform team” or layers of process. What you build ships.

What you’ll work on

•    Building and evolving a Next.js application using the App Router.
•    Developing backend functionality in TypeScript on top of MedusaJS.
•    Working with Supabase for authentication, realtime data and edge functions.
•    Implementing complex UI flows and interactions based on Figma designs.
•    Managing server and client state in a way that stays understandable over time.
•    Shipping interactive UI features and improving overall product performance.
•    Making pragmatic decisions around infrastructure and deployment.

What we’re looking for

•    Strong experience building full-stack applications that are in production.
•    Comfort working across frontend and backend without rigid boundaries.
•    Solid TypeScript skills and good architectural judgment.
•    Experience with modern React and Next.js beyond surface-level usage.
•    Ability to turn design into clean, maintainable UI components.
•    A product mindset and an interest in long-term maintainability.
•    Comfortable taking ownership and working with a lot of autonomy.
•    Based in Tallinn or open to hybrid work.
