About the role
As a Product Counsel, you’ll partner with teams to provide clear, practical legal guidance that enables compliant, scalable product growth and innovation across markets.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Serve as the main legal point of contact for assigned product areas, providing timely, solution-oriented advice on launches, operations, and marketing.
Partner with teams to build new products and business models that are compliant and strategically sound.
Draft, review, and maintain user terms, product documentation, and commercial agreements aligned with Bolt’s risk standards.
Support market expansion by identifying regulatory requirements and coordinating cross-functional inputs.
Oversee compliance with consumer, data protection, and platform regulations, escalating complex issues as needed.
Enhance legal operations through scalable tools, automation, and strong collaboration across team.
About you:
You are a qualified UK or EU lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in tech, mobility, or platform industries.
You’re organised, proactive, and continuously seeking to learn and grow as a legal professional.
You have a passion for business and technology, helping innovative products scale responsibly.
You enjoy working closely with product and business teams to design and launch new offerings across markets.
You bring a true business partner mindset, turning legal complexity into clear, actionable advice.
You have a can-do attitude and focus on practical, risk-balanced solutions that drive progress.
