About the role

 As Revenue Operations Manager, you will make sure our revenue engine runs smoothly by keeping data clean, processes reliable, and tools working for Sales and Customer Success. You’ll work hands-on with the team while supporting leadership with insights and strategy.

🎯 What you will do

  • Lead data cleaning & hygiene: Deduplicate, standardize, and enrich lead, contact, and company data to keep HubSpot accurate and reliable.

  • Maintain workflows & processes: Update automations, workflows, and lifecycle logic as teams, roles, and rules change.

  • Onboard Sales & Customer Success: Train new hires on HubSpot, playbooks, and best practices for fast ramp-up and consistent usage.

  • Document RevOps knowledge: Create and maintain internal guides, SOPs, and FAQs for tools and processes.

  • Provide first-line HubSpot support: Be the main contact for questions, troubleshooting, and process guidance.

⭐ What you need to succeed

  • Data & reporting mindset: Experience managing data quality, creating reports and dashboards, and tracking KPIs (HubSpot reporting and/or BI tools).

  • Technical & automation skills: Basic coding knowledge (e.g., JavaScript/Python) and experience building webhooks, integrations, or automations with tools like APIs, Zapier, or Make.

  • Self-motivated and organized in a fast-paced, remote environment.
