About the role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, process-driven, and assertive Marketing Project Coordinator who will act as the central coordination stakeholder of our marketing department.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full coordination and delivery of all marketing projects and campaigns (Paid Acquisition, Affiliates, SEO, Content, CRM, Social and Product)

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables

• Proactively chase stakeholders (media buyers, creatives, affiliates, etc) to ensure tasks are completed on time

• Run weekly marketing status meetings and daily stand-ups when needed

• Manage the central marketing calendar and prevent overlaps/conflicts

• Identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks early and escalate effectively

• Track project budgets and resource usage

• Continuously optimize internal marketing processes and workflows

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years experience in marketing project coordination / operations / traffic management

• Previous iGaming, betting, casino, or affiliate marketing experience is highly preferred

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure

• Advanced user of project management tools

• Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills (you’re comfortable being direct when needed)

• Extremely high ownership and accountability mindset

• Fluent English (written + spoken)What we offer:
