Role Overview

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to create intuitive, efficient, and customer-focused digital experiences for modern financial products.

The successful candidate will combine user research, journey mapping, interaction design, and usability testing to improve how customers interact with complex financial services. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Customer Experience teams to transform customer needs into seamless digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behavioural patterns.
• Develop customer personas and user-journey maps.
• Design intuitive workflows for digital financial products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.
• Conduct usability testing and analyse customer feedback.
• Identify friction points within onboarding and transaction journeys.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams during product development.
• Ensure user experience aligns with commercial and operational objectives.
• Analyse product-usage data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain consistent design patterns and experience standards.
• Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about emerging UX practices and digital-finance trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design, digital-product design, or customer-experience roles.
• Strong experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of user research and usability-testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital financial products or technology platforms is advantageous.
