Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical Specialist to support digital-asset operations, blockchain intelligence, transaction analysis, and operational controls across emerging financial technology environments.

The role requires a strong understanding of blockchain-based financial infrastructure and the ability to interpret transactional activity, operational data, and digital-asset movements while maintaining rigorous standards of accuracy and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze blockchain transactions and digital-asset operational activity.
• Support processes involving digital wallets, blockchain platforms, tokenized assets, and transaction infrastructure.
• Investigate unusual transaction patterns and operational anomalies.
• Prepare analytical reports covering transaction volumes, wallet activity, asset movements, and operational performance.
• Work with technology and operations teams to resolve transaction-processing issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records and digital-asset reconciliation processes.
• Assist with the implementation of blockchain monitoring and analytical tools.
• Analyze blockchain data to identify trends, irregularities, and potential operational risks.
• Support improvements to digital-asset transaction workflows and internal controls.
• Contribute to documentation covering operational procedures, transaction processes, and system requirements.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, engineering, and finance teams when specialized blockchain analysis is required.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, technologically curious, and comfortable working with complex transactional information. Strong analytical ability and an understanding of blockchain infrastructure will be particularly valuable.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in fintech, blockchain, digital assets, payments, banking, or financial operations.
• Familiarity with blockchain transaction structures and digital-asset ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and investigative ability.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, analytical platforms, databases, or blockchain-analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
