About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized Specialist to support the delivery, monitoring, and improvement of digital financial services and payment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily digital-service and payment activities.
• Review operational data and identify unusual trends or performance issues.
• Investigate service disruptions and coordinate resolution activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support product launches, system changes, and process improvements.
• Coordinate operational requirements with technology and product teams.
• Prepare performance reports and operational summaries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
• Assist with quality-control activities across financial operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and internal projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, customer operations, or technology services.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret operational information and identify issues.
• Good knowledge of digital products and financial-service processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to accuracy and detail.
• Experience with workflow, reporting, or process-management systems is advantageous.
