Role Overview
The Regulatory Data Analyst will analyze financial and operational data to support regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, data-quality management, and risk-based decision-making. The position focuses on ensuring that regulatory information is accurate, traceable, timely, and suitable for automated reporting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets used for regulatory and compliance reporting.
• Validate the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of regulatory data.
• Develop dashboards and analytical reports for compliance and risk teams.
• Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential reporting gaps.
• Build SQL queries and analytical datasets supporting regulatory requirements.
• Work with technology teams to improve data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
• Map regulatory requirements to relevant data sources and business processes.
• Support automated regulatory-reporting workflows.
• Monitor data-quality indicators and coordinate remediation activities.
• Conduct impact assessments when reporting requirements or data structures change.
• Maintain documentation covering data definitions, sources, transformations, and reporting logic.
• Provide analytical support during internal and external regulatory reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience with regulatory data, financial analytics, banking, fintech, or risk reporting.
• Strong SQL and Excel capabilities.
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of data governance and quality-control principles.
• Excellent analytical reasoning and attention to detail.
