Recruitment Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Manager to lead and coordinate talent acquisition activities for a growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing candidate-selection processes, working closely with hiring managers, and supporting the organization in attracting and retaining high-quality professionals.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage recruitment activities across different professional functions. The Recruitment Manager will oversee candidate sourcing, interviewing coordination, recruitment administration, and employer-branding initiatives while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent-acquisition strategies.
• Work with department managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Manage job advertisements and candidate-sourcing activities.
• Review applications and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Support candidate assessment and selection processes.
• Build professional talent pipelines for future recruitment requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information.
• Improve recruitment procedures and candidate-experience processes.
• Support employer-branding and workforce-development initiatives.
• Prepare recruitment reports and workforce updates for management.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant-tracking systems is beneficial.
• Professional English communication skills; Estonian language knowledge is an advantage.
