Description
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the safety, staffing, training, and overall performance of the week/weekend shift 2 employees.
- Monitor staff productivity and assign tasks as needed.
- Lead from the front, owning all aspects of on site operations, logistics, and processing of products without reduction in quality while balancing throughput and cost
- Own/deliver on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Throughput, and service KPI’s
- The ability to work independently, as well with partnering with other shift supervisors.
- Act as a knowledgeable and accessible resource for team members.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed and devise techniques to improve team efficiency.
- Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security
