A leading opportunity is available for a highly organized Manager to oversee operational activities within a maritime logistics and transportation environment. The position is suited to a professional with strong experience in port operations, shipping coordination, supply chain management, transportation planning, or international logistics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple operational functions associated with the movement of cargo, vessels, equipment, and supporting resources. The role requires a strong understanding of logistics workflows and the ability to maintain operational continuity while managing schedules, resources, suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams.

The Manager will also contribute to the modernization of logistics operations through improved data utilization, digital tracking systems, process automation, and performance analysis. Strong attention to safety, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer service will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily maritime logistics and port-related operational activities.
• Monitor cargo movement, transportation schedules, and operational milestones.
• Coordinate with shipping partners, freight operators, warehouses, and suppliers.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare management performance reports.
• Support workforce scheduling and resource allocation.
• Identify supply-chain disruptions and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Assist with digitalization of logistics and transportation processes.
• Maintain strong operational relationships with external partners.
• Ensure activities follow applicable safety, transportation, and regulatory requirements.
