Position Overview

The Manager will lead and strengthen compliance operations within a modern fintech and digital financial-services environment. The role combines regulatory compliance, operational governance, technology-enabled controls, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional risk management.

The successful candidate will help establish scalable compliance processes that support innovative financial products while ensuring that operational activities, customer processes, and technology-enabled services are managed within appropriate regulatory and internal-control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day compliance operations across digital financial products and fintech services.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, control frameworks, and operational standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to fintech and financial services in Estonia and the wider European market.
• Translate regulatory and internal requirements into practical operational processes.
• Work closely with product and technology teams to assess compliance requirements for new fintech services.
• Establish monitoring processes to identify potential compliance weaknesses and control failures.
• Coordinate internal compliance reviews and support audit activities.
• Develop compliance dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators.
• Support regulatory reporting and documentation requirements where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual compliance activities through RegTech solutions.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, cybersecurity, operations, and senior management teams.
• Review third-party service providers and technology partners from a compliance and governance perspective.
• Support training and awareness initiatives relating to compliance responsibilities.
• Investigate operational compliance issues and coordinate appropriate remediation activities.
• Continuously improve compliance processes as fintech products and technologies evolve.
