Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee technology operations, infrastructure, business systems, cybersecurity coordination, and internal IT services. The successful candidate will ensure that technology resources remain secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational requirements.

This role combines technology leadership with business management. The successful professional will coordinate technical teams, manage IT projects and vendors, establish technology priorities, monitor service performance, and help senior leadership make informed technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and technology services.
• Oversee networks, servers, cloud services, business applications, and end-user systems.
• Establish IT service standards, procedures, and performance indicators.
• Manage technology budgets, procurement, licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Work with cybersecurity specialists to strengthen organizational security.
• Monitor system availability, performance, capacity, and technology risks.
• Develop disaster-recovery and business-continuity capabilities.
• Manage technical support operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential business value.
• Prepare IT performance reports and technology recommendations for management.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, or technology management.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, networks, enterprise applications, and IT service management.
• Experience managing IT teams, budgets, projects, and external technology providers.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and technology risk.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant IT management certification is an advantage.
