We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Information Technology Manager to oversee technology operations, infrastructure, systems, and IT service delivery across the organization.

The successful candidate will ensure that technology services remain reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with evolving business requirements.

The Role

As IT Manager, you will lead day-to-day technology operations while working with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, systems administration, technical support, vendor relationships, cybersecurity coordination, and technology improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and service delivery.
• Manage IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and business applications.
• Lead and support IT service-management activities.
• Monitor system availability, performance, and operational reliability.
• Coordinate technology projects and infrastructure improvements.
• Establish appropriate IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Work with security teams to strengthen technology controls.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Monitor IT budgets, assets, licenses, and technology expenditure.
• Identify opportunities to improve technology efficiency and business productivity.
• Provide management with regular reports on IT performance, risks, and priorities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a technically knowledgeable and commercially aware leader who can balance operational reliability, security, cost management, and business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in IT management, infrastructure, systems administration, or technology operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments.
• Experience managing technical teams and external technology providers.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, networks, and IT service management.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Relevant professional or technology certifications are advantageous.
