What you will do 

You’ll join our Compliance Operations team on a temporary contract to help out on our explosive growth. This is a hands-on execution role with a narrow scope and clearly defined tasks.

Depending on the assignment, you’ll focus on some of the following tasks:

• Manual review of KYC documents for retail customers (identity, residency, source of wealth)

• Manual review of KYB documents for business customers  (company documents, UBOs, ownership structures, source of wealth)

• Analyse customer profiles and supporting documentation to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance

You’ll need to

• Document findings clearly and consistently in internal systems, including rationale for decisions

• Escalate higher-risk cases in line with internal procedures and risk frameworks

You’ll work with established tools, processes and guidance, and you’ll always have a permanent team to lean on if something looks unusual. Your work directly impacts how quickly customers can get access to our product.

Requirements

• Experience in KYC, KYB, AML or FinCrime operations

• Comfortable handling case-based work and keeping quality high, even at pace

• Exceptional written and spoken English.

Benefits💵 €2,080 to €2,400 gross per month, depending on experience
