We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially focused Financial Analyst to support financial planning, performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance and business teams to analyze financial information, identify performance trends, prepare forecasts, and provide management with clear insights that support informed commercial decisions.

The Role

As Financial Analyst, you will analyze financial and operational data to assess business performance and support planning activities. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and management reporting.

The role requires strong numerical reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders who may not have a finance background.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analysis, forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
• Analyze revenue, expenditure, margins, and business performance.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate significant financial movements.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes.
• Evaluate business cases and investment proposals.
• Monitor financial performance against established objectives.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial planning and reporting.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, numerically strong, and capable of turning complex financial information into concise and actionable business insights.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and financial-modelling skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, business-intelligence, or financial-planning systems is advantageous.
