Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting activities. The successful candidate will provide reliable financial information to management while helping the organization improve financial controls, resource allocation, profitability, and long-term planning.

The position requires a commercially aware professional who can work confidently with financial data while also communicating complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with senior management, operations, commercial teams, and external financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analyses.
• Monitor revenue, operating costs, cash flow, and profitability.
• Provide management with financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain appropriate financial controls and procedures.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and business objectives.
• Coordinate annual planning and long-term financial forecasting.
• Support investment assessments and business-case development.
• Work with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial records.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support audits and provide required financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in financial management or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional accounting or finance certification is an advantage.
