An established and forward-looking organization is seeking a meticulous Compliance Specialist to strengthen its internal governance, regulatory processes, documentation standards, and risk-management activities.

This position is suited to someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and understands that strong organizations depend on effective controls, accurate documentation, and responsible decision-making. You will work across departments to help ensure that operational activities follow applicable requirements and internal policies.

The role can provide exposure to areas such as financial services, digital business, payments, technology operations, customer onboarding, data governance, and corporate risk.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Support the development and maintenance of internal compliance procedures.
• Review operational processes and identify potential compliance gaps.
• Assist with customer and business due-diligence activities where applicable.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation, and internal registers.
• Monitor regulatory and industry developments relevant to the organization.
• Support internal reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, technology, and management teams.
• Prepare compliance reports, analysis, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Help strengthen internal controls and promote consistent operational standards.
• Contribute to compliance training and awareness initiatives.

The Profile We Are Seeking

You should have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interpret policies and procedures carefully. Experience in compliance, risk, financial services, audit, legal administration, banking, technology, or regulated industries would be advantageous.

A background in fintech is welcome but not required. Candidates with transferable experience from banking, insurance, telecommunications, professional services, or corporate administration are encouraged to consider the opportunity.
