Position Overview

The Analyst will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, financial data, and digital financial services. The role focuses on transforming complex financial datasets into actionable insights that can improve product performance, customer experiences, operational efficiency, and financial decision-making.

The successful candidate will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, risk specialists, and business teams to develop analytical solutions for a rapidly evolving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large financial and transactional datasets to identify meaningful patterns and trends.
• Develop analytical models supporting fintech products and business decisions.
• Assist with machine-learning initiatives involving customer behavior, financial forecasting, and risk analytics.
• Build dashboards and reports for financial and operational performance.
• Clean, validate, and structure complex financial datasets.
• Identify anomalies and data-quality issues within financial information.
• Collaborate with data scientists to evaluate predictive models.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for product and business teams.
• Analyze customer segmentation, engagement, retention, and transaction behavior.
• Support forecasting and scenario-analysis activities.
• Develop automated analytical reports and recurring data processes.
• Work with engineers to improve financial-data pipelines and analytical infrastructure.
• Research emerging AI applications within banking and fintech.
• Maintain analytical documentation and data-quality standards.
