As a Software Engineer in our Document Management unit, you will play a key role in building and maintaining modern solutions for document generation, storage, archiving, and digital signing. You’ll work with API‑driven architectures, microservices, and cloud‑native technologies to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry standards. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, analyze business needs, support the full software development lifecycle, and contribute to continuous improvement across our platforms. Your expertise will help shape reliable, compliant, and future‑ready document management solutions used across the organization.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Implement and maintain modern document management, generation, archiving and signing solutions
- Work on API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Optimize and maintain software solution aligned with relevant IT standards and requirements
- Liaise with software product suppliers regarding product roadmaps and operational topics
- Coordinate IT Services security hardening and vulnerability management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve systems functionality, and develop best practices and standards
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment
- Support team members and share knowledge within the organization
- Analyze business requirements and perform system analysis
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Hands-on experience building document management sites on SharePoint Online and/or implementing integration services using Apache Camel
- Knowledge of modern programming languages such as Java, Python or other
- Strong expertise of AWS services, especially S3 and OpenSearch
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably banking or finance.
- Proactive approach towards identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership to deliver solutions
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
