ABOUT THE JOB
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and continuously improve the bank’s Customers Platform, ensuring reliable integrations, secure data processing, and high performance across CRM systems, servicing channels, and sales tools. You’ll collaborate in an international Agile environment, guiding stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and driving innovation with modern cloud, DevOps, and automation practices.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Design, build, implement, maintain, and improve the bank’s Customers Platform – including CRM systems, servicing channels, and sales tools
- Ensure smooth and reliable integrations between various platforms and components
- Implement efficient data processing and synchronization mechanisms
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices throughout development and operations
- Guarantee high levels of quality, security, availability, and performance for all platform components
- Perform code reviews, participate in technical discussions with engineering teams
- Perform tests, troubleshoot software, fix defects
- Assist and guide business stakeholders in Customers Platform related challenges
- Get expertise in variety of bank’s business processes and products
- Be part of a cross functional Agile development team – or just Agile team
- Work in international environment
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Hands-on experience in software development (as advantage Java, Python)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker) - Experience with cloud-native Java framework as an advantage
- Experience with test automation
- Experience with DevOps processes and tools, infrastructure as a code and security best practices
- Experience within Customer business domain as an advantage
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
