What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain software using Java and related technologies • Participate in the full software development life cycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment • Apply best practices and architectural patterns to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of the applications • Explore and adopt new technologies and methods to improve how we build and evolve our applications

What makes you a great fit

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building backend systems with Java, preferably in the Spring ecosystem • Practical experience with Docker and Linux environments • Good understanding of Kubernetes and container-based infrastructure • Track record of writing tested, readable, maintainable code • Fluency in Estonian and English • Experience with at least one modern frontend framework, for example, Vue.js, React, or Angular • Additional exposure to CI/CD practices, Quarkus, PostgreSQL, AWS or Ansible is a plus
