This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in  Insurance team while owning the Rentals portfolio. You will partner closely with the Bolt Drive and Micromobility teams, ensuring the right insurance structures, smooth day-to-day processes, and transparent performance oversight across multiple markets. Success in this role means strong insurance programme performance, coordinated cross-functional workflows, and predictable outcomes for our operational teams. You will support broader insurance initiatives across Bolt, contribute to key renewals, and help evolve the way insurance supports growth and risk across the business. You will report to the Head of Insurance and collaborate daily with Operations, Claims, Finance, Legal, and external brokers and insurers.
