ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will step in as a key strategic partner to our Commercial leaders, building the logic that proves the undeniable value of our technology and secures our next level of commercial success!

The position can be based in Estonia, Finland or Germany.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Identifying the root causes behind business trends to solve complex commercial problems, for example, investigating why the order conversion rate dropped 20% for a site. Was it caused by high ETAs, payment gateway failures, dynamic pricing, school holidays, or an alien invasion

• Empowering Commercial leaders by moving beyond static reports to build dynamic data tools, such as “always-up-to-date” partner dossiers or an interactive ROI calculator, helping to arm the sales team with the proof of customer benefits they need to close deals

• Designing the commercial reporting architecture to condense massive datasets into simple, easily consumable insights. Whether it’s a one-page executive dashboard or a critical metric for a partner meeting, you will ensure high-level KPIs are accurate, automated, and accessible for non-technical stakeholders

• Taking over and improving the robot allocation process to ensure we are commercially optimizing where our fleet is deployed to match demand and maximize revenue potential across different sites

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist

• Previous experience in a role involving business, growth, or product analysis

• Strong SQL skills working with complex datasets

• Proficient in English

• Experience with driving large topics end-to-end, from rough idea to proposing a plan, and then executing the solution, to presenting it in a way that is understandable and useful for everyone

• An attitude that everything is doable. You focus on the impact, not the beauty of the method – deciding pragmatically when to solve a problem with a simple spreadsheet and when to build a dashboard, data pipeline, or ML model

• The ability to articulate your ideas across diverse stakeholders, including engineering, commercial teams, and senior management
