• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to define requirements

• Use SQL, Java, and Linux command line tools in your daily work

• Participate in a customized agile software development life cycle

• Analyze documentation and gather information to complete assigned tasks

• Invent and write test cases, and contribute to automation flows by supporting the automation team and improving or developing tests

• Set up and manage test environments

• Leverage automated tests and request or create new ones when needed

• Ensure product quality through thorough testing and feedback

• Track and report project status regularly

• Present project demos and share insights

• Work on global-scale products

• Provide feedback and suggest improvements for our product and processes
